This is just a brief note to thank you and your team for all of the effort put in during our recent window refurbishment. As you know, the project involved the complete refurbishment of all our windows and, to my knowledge, the windows had not been materially updated since the building was built back in 1840s so it was a major task, indeed. Your team rose to the occasion and whilst we were surprised at the amount of work involved, your team helped to keep disturbance to our buisness to a minimum and we are very pleased with the end results. Both aesthetically and practically, we have noticed immediate benefits and i have also noticed that traffic level noise has also been significantly reduced. All in all a job well done.
