• Pointing, block out in sand and cement and re-point with red sand and boiled linseed oil mastic- Remove existing rotten sill and replace with new treated red pine sill (grade A) along with approximately 18 inches of pulley stile at each side
• Manufacture and fit new treated red pine sash glazed with 4 mm float glass
• Fit new interior baton rods and parting bead incorporating draught proof system i.e. new Aqua Mac compression gaskets
• Fit new brass Brighton fastener
• Simplex fittings
• Fit new sash cords to top and bottom sashes (waxed cord with nylon core size 8)
• Rub down and prepare window for painting, apply one dust coat, one undercoat, and one exterior coat of micro-porous gloss paint to pointing lines.
